Sophomore Kyran Miller squeezes cream cheese frosting frosting onto a red velvet cupcake. Miller and his group were making cupcakes for chef, and themselves. "I really enjoyed doing the project and making the cupcakes. And after we were done and I got to try them the cream cheese tasted really good with the red velvet," Miller said.

Spiking to a victory Senior Onna Jorge takes on Labette County Sept. 4. The team fought and won against the Grizzlies 25-21 in the first game 25-20 in the second game winning the series.
Seasoned vets
English attempts to score during game against the Labette Grizzlies on Janurary 17th. "There are some pressures but when I’m in the game," English said. "When playing all of them go away because at the end of the day it’s basketball and having fun is the most important thing."

“It provides us a chance to showcase our school and community,” Slavens said. “It is a major fundraiser for our school booster club which helps support all of our school sports. It provides our athletes an opportunity to compete in the biggest meet of the year right here at home.”
