Seniors to recieve covid vaccine
Update: Due to the recent recall os the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, students and staff will be given their first dose of the Moderna vaccine instead.
The district has partnered with the Crawford County Health Department to give Seniors 18 and older the opportunity to receive the single-dose Johnson and Johnson Covid vaccine on Friday, the 16th. This includes about 150 seniors as well as any staff that have not yet been vaccinated and would like to participate.
PHS nurse Carrie Logiucidi will be working with Sam Teposte from the clinic and has offered to work around students’ schedules to deliver the vaccines throughout the day. All eligible students have been mailed a letter from the CHC.
